The vacation may really be a half time season of 1 to 3 years, to prepare for the rest of your life.
For many, they may choose to remain “retired” from the career but not transition into a new work season of service, sacrifice and significance.
For a few, they may choose a significant work that defines legacy and moves mountains for someone greater than thee.
This is the WHY behind making this choice before one starts the exit process to sell one’s business. It’s a life changer if done with wise counsel.
